This monument is a two-figure composition of Russian and Ukrainian workers who raised a tape with the Order of Peoples Friendship above their native land. A bit further there is stretched horizontally stele with multi-figure group of people in the center of which is Bohdan Khmelnytsky and Boyar – Russian Ambassador. Sculptural groups are connected between themselves by a rainbow-like arch which is a symbol of unity of the fraternal peoples. The monument is made of metal, granite and bronze.
