2nd day

- Visiting Kiev Monastery of the Caves (2 hours) Since its foundation as the cave monastery in 1015 the Lavra has been a preeminent center of the Eastern Orthodox Christianity in Eastern Europe. Together with the Saint Sophia Cathedral, it is inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Tour to the Museum of the Second World War (2 hours).

- Drive to Ethnographic Complex “Pirogovo”
The complex has been founded for everybody who cares about their origin and native land to give an opportunity to see with their own eyes greatness and beauty of the Ukrainian land and its people. You’ll visit a number of traditional Ukrainian huts, get to know Ukrainian traditional architecture, family life, and folk handicrafts.
After the excursion you’ll have a chance to walk at the territory of the complex, to see a mini-zoo, to taste Ukrainian cuisine.

Let’s imagine: February 2014, Euromaidan. Thousands of people live on the Independence square. At the same time Yanukovich in his mansion is trying to load trucks with the enormous amount of jewerlies, pictures, antiques. But all in vain.We invite you to this estate, photos of which circled the world mass-media. You will walk in the park, go down to the bank of Dnipro river, there you will see a restaurant-ship “Galleon”. Also you will have an opportunity to see the famous “Honka”, zoo, greenhouse and much more.Well-known Mezhyhirya is open to the public!

Why you should visit it
This place is beautiful both inside and outside. It is decorated as a seabed, full of light and fountains. As for me it is the most beautiful shopping mall in Kiev. But the main attraction is, of course, aquarium with 1000 creatures inside. Just enjoy!

This place has a cheap cinema, KFC restaurant and general atmosphere of happiness and beauty.

Dream Town is a city within a city. It`s so tremendous department store that one day will be not enough to visit all the facilities. Just imagine that it`s as long as the distance from one subway station to another. I like this place for its sportsware shop, cinema hall ‘Oscar’ and huge relaxing zone represented by aquapark.
Why you should visit it
Looking like a long totally not attractive grey tube Dream Town as an ordinary department store is accumulating a lot of shops of famous brands but the reason I am recommending it to you is its entertaining zone with ice rink, skate rink, cinema hall, mirror labyrinth, bowling, amusement park and aquapark! Fill your life with hapiness!
